To lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key agency relationships.
Supervise all aspects of managing and motivating the Business Development Team to agreed KPI’s.
Develop and implement Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer/clients base in the area of responsibility.
Job requirement
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecoms industry
- Develop business propositions and budgets for company management approval
- Proper conduct of the market assessments
- Estimate market values and conditions to determine appropriate time, place, type of launch
- Development of market analysis and identification of new application opportunities
- Be self driven and possess very high levels of energy, enthusiasm, drive and resilience
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills.
