RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a large sales force team nationwide.
- Organize distribution and sales channel.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities & sales force.
- Incharge of growing all sales volumes for the entire product portfolio.
- Develop plans and strategies to gain new clients while retaining the existing ones.
- Increase and maintain customer intimacy through strategic, tactical and operational customer relationship management based on a clear understanding of customer’s needs, vision and strategy.
- Provide detailed updates and forecasts on changes in client and competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Degree in Sales or Marketing.
- You must have minimum 8 years of experience in sales out of which at least 3 years at senior sales position from Telcomms background.
- Proven planning and analytical capabilities
- AC Nielsen research method
- Responsible for building training capabilities functions of the sales force
- Experience with modern and traditional trade management
- Solid distributorship management
- Strong leader who can inspire and command respect
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and corporate presentation.
