Head-Sales, Business development (Lagos, Nigeria)

GlobalProfilers is a recruitment & HR services firm and We are curently looking for a Head of Sales for one of our leading client in Telcomms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a large sales force team nationwide.
  • Organize distribution and sales channel.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities & sales force.
  • Incharge of growing all sales volumes for the entire product portfolio.
  • Develop plans and strategies to gain new clients while retaining the existing ones.
  • Increase and maintain customer intimacy through strategic, tactical and operational customer relationship management based on a clear understanding of customer’s needs, vision and strategy.
  • Provide detailed updates and forecasts on changes in client and competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited.
  • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • You must have minimum 8 years of experience in sales out of which at least 3 years at senior sales position from Telcomms background.
  • Proven planning and analytical capabilities
  • AC Nielsen research method
  • Responsible for building training capabilities functions of the sales force
  • Experience with modern and traditional trade management
  • Solid distributorship management
  • Strong leader who can inspire and command respect
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and corporate presentation.
