Brief Description
To manage intercompany accounts and agree balances and also process and pay suppliers' bills electronically
Detailed Description
To collect and match supplier invoices
Vouch payment of suppliers' bills to invoices
Generate monthly payment run
Reconcile all supplier accounts monthly
Reconcile and agree balances of other Operating Units' accounts with PZ Ghana
Follow up on all payment issues
Job Requirements
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team
Additional Details
Good knowledge of IFRS, MS Word and Excel and knowledge in any Accounting software
